I stayed here 2 nights. The room was spacious and very clean, with standard motel equipment, but no fridge. The front desk staff where friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. I would stay here again.

This is the place you wan to stay if you're interested in taking the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are not modern, but are exceptionally clean, with everything in working order. The drive to the railroad is literally a half mile.
