The meal in the formal dinning room meal was excellent, along with fine service. We did not try the cafe. Rooms are rustic but it certainly gave a feel for the old west. I wonderful, out of the way experience! more

This is an old hotel that is supposed to be haunted by old shooting victims from 100 years ago. Whatever. The food in the cafe is average and bland. Go into Taos and have a choice from 10 excellent cafes. more

This is an old hotel with a lot of personality. It has been a working hotel since the first bullet holes were fired into the original tin ceiling, and there hasn't been a major remodel since before women could vote.
