We ended up in Farmington very late after having driven almost 600 miles with jetlag. Most hotels were full up that night and we took the last room ar La Quinta. Very descent hotel. Booked a room on Priceline for a last minute hotel and got a rate well below what other less intriguing hotels were offering (even with AAA discount). Was definitely a motel without frills, but the rooms were very clean with very new interiors and amenities. Was conveniently located and easy to find with helpful and polite staff.... more

Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Unfortunately, there are exterior entrances as opposed to interior hallways. The shower heads are placed low...if you're 6'2 like my husband, this is important! And if you have kids make a mental note that the pool gates don't latch completely by themselves unless they are slammed...they need to be pulled closed. All in... more

Not bad for an average hotel. This might seem boring, but consider the horrors one might find in a seemingly average place. This place distinguished because of what it was NOT. For the price we found this place to a good choice for short stays. It was clean and maintained. My only complaint is that it has exterior entrances instead of inside hallways. Not a problem in the summertime, but a bit chilly going in and out in the winter. more

This hotel is ok and probably even good for Farmington, which has as its most exclusive hotel the Courtyard Marriott. It is on a road not far from downtown and the Riverwalk.
