I had a mix up when I checked in as they had given my room to someone else. They quickly corrected the error and gave me an upgrade to a bigger room at the same price. The staff upon checkin and checkout were super friendly and professional. The GM even checked my room to make sure it was ready! Based on the lobby decor I could tell the room was going to be just as beautiful. I was right. I slept fantastic(great pillows) and loved the shower arrangement(no shower curtain, yet privacy!)
