I wasn't really sure how to write a review on this place. We arrived around 7pm on a Sunday evening and thought we were locked out (even though we had called to say when we'd be arriving). We did find our way in and found the key but there didn't appear to be anyone there. Finally after walking through a... more

After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, we were a little reluctant to book here, but we are very glad that we did. The owner was friendly and talkative, and entertained us each morning at breakfast. The inn was comfortable and attractive. They have wireless internet access. Breakfast was simple but good--during the time we were there we were served... more

My stay in the inn was very short stayed. Had my first paranormal experience in the Georgia O Keefe room. I was the only one there, and I heard someone pleading for help. I locked the door, layed down on the bed for 5 minutes, and the covers were pulled off me and thrown across the room. Anyone else with... more

The bathroom was equivalent to a cheap motel. We had reserved a queen bed but found a tiny doulble instead. It wasn't so much the size as the fact that it was soft and uncomfortable and we found ourselves meeting int he middle. I think they're still using the same ol' pillows that JayG mentioned. But the worst thing, by... more

It's difficult to judge the Inn of the Arts. On the positive, they have incredible breakfast and artwork everywhere! On the negative, the customer service was practically non-existant. The owners are both very nice...when you find them. My partner and I had no clue where to go or what to do in Las Cruces, and there was never anyone around... more

If you are looking for a nice Bed and Breakfast drenched in South Western art and culture, look no further. This is it! We had a great stay of seven days at the Inn of the Arts! We had a family reunion there, never visited "the Inn" before but wanted to check out the area (we flew in from three... more

The location is just blocks from train tracks and loud train whistles that run all night long. The owners also have animals on site...a small dog that barks all day and cats. So, if you like to sleep at night, this may not be the place for you. The inn has potential...but shows real signs of neglect and lack of... more

We spent months trying to book a room here and got nothing but hassles, no return phone calls, no room availability info, etc. We really wanted the Georgia O'Keefe room, and the proprietor said it was available for the time we wanted, but couldn't "guarantee" it. Huh? Well, we arrived, and apparently the Georgia O'Keefe room had a burst pipe... more

Where to start? The Inn's website states "Our ... inn is rated one of the top twenty inns in the country" Hard to imagine given the following: Bath amenities on par with a budget hotel, cheap and faded prints in a room called the "Georgia O'Keefe Room", old pillows compressed and stained through what could only be years of use,... more

The Inn of the Arts is my very favorite B & B in the entire world. It is so comfortable and beautiful, and the owners are so friendly and accomodating. The weather and surrounding area are also a treat for anyone from the North. I've spent months at a time there, and loved every minute! more
