During a recent visit to Las Cruces, we spent 5 nights at the Springhill Suites and were very pleased with the accommodations and the helpfulness of the staff. This hotel has newly renovated rooms although some things like the elevator have yet to be updated. Very spacious rooms that are nicely decorated. “We got the Military rate - great deal - and it was close to MSMR”

Very comfortable rooms with a great sitting area - nice TV's the pool was awesome one of the best in the area - the breakfast was hot fresh and included - very close to the highway and the base we needed to get to - friendly staff - clean hotel - great sleep - we'll be back!

We stayed here one night on business, and found the accommodations to be very nice and clean, and the staff to be friendly and helpful. The only think that could have been improved was the towels. I don't think they were necessarily old, but just not of the same quality as the bedding, and other amenities.
