This place was nothing more than a glorified truck stop. No working phone in the room, The food was nothing more than high school cafe food, under bright neon lights. When I asked the front desk about somewhere else to get food he mentioned McDonald's across the street( barf ) no wonder there isn't anyone healthy around. Take the trip... more

My wife and I traveled to this location to enjoy our Labor Day Weekend. Having stayed here before, as from our previous stay, the room was clean, spacious and quite pleasant. The highlight of our trip was a visit to the Acoma Pueblo and Museum. This is truly NOT to be missed. While the offerings in the restaurant were quite... more

Several nights with my adult kids. My room was very roomy, clean and quiet. The biggest surprise was that there's no bar at the Casino (we were thinking "Vegas"). But that aside we had a great stay. Perfect location for hitting Route 66 historic spots, Acoma Pueblo, and short drive to Laguna. more

I will never stay here again! We stayed at the hotel because we came to see the Michael Martin Murphy show. We arrived at about 5:00PM, checked in to our Suite (139.00), threw our bags in the room, went to dinner at the buffet (food not bad), went to a talent show, then went to see Michael Martin Murphy.(EXCELLENT CONCERT)... more

We have stayed here about 4 times in the past and each time the service has become worse as well as the upkeep and cleanliness. So we have opted to stay further into Albuquerque when traveling to Denver. But the reason we stopped today was for the food. On our way through two weeks ago we stopped for lunch and... more

This is the ONLY hotel that I could find close to the Pueblo. Acoma is not that far to Grants or Albuquerque if you are travelling, and we decided to stay overnight only because we were attending a concert at the Pueblo (which was wonderful) and then driving cross country the next day. The problems I encountered were multiple and... more

We went for the weekend for the 3-d shoot and it was real nice. We got a space at the rv park for two nights and was told it was $25.00 a night. I caled the bank today and we were cheated because they charged us $50.00 a night to park an rv. We were lied to, and felt cheated.... more

I have never been more frustrated with bad hotel service! The front desk does not answer the phone. Eventually the call is automatically transferred to Security. The personnel in Security cannot get through to the front desk or transfer a call to any guest room. So there is no way to call a guest's room. It about drove me insane... more

My husband and I stayed at the Sky City Hotel this last weekend. We loved it! Everything we needed was on the premises; store, restaurant, free great coffee, and the casino is clean and pleasant to be in. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. We'll be staying there again. more
