I took my family here for Thanksgiving weekend (first day of ski season). Loved the town, loved the location. The hotel was very nice. I think it had been recently renovated. I couldn't believe the size of the flat panel TV in our room (Even bigger one in the lobby). Not that the TV really matters, since we were out... more

Hotel is located right on the river. You can fish from the deck. Rooms are a little outdated and the walls are thin but the location is great. Breakfast is included and all the shops are all within easy walking distance. Pets are allowed for a small fee. more

This is a cute motel in a quaint town. It is located within walking distance of everything in town. We had a room facing the river and it was beautiful. Room was very clean, with a 42"? tv and a small refrigerator. Plumbing was a bit loud, but manageable. We paid $112/nt with a AAA discount, which I thought was... more

If your in college, go to Red River during college days! 1/2 off lift tickets, 1/2 off rentals. Our room here was $79 a night, come in on a Sunday or Monday and get the 4th night free!!! I drove from central Texas and the entire trip for gas/food/ski rental/lift tickets/room only cost me around $500! I was extremely happy... more

We're still here, one night in on a 3 night reservation over the 4th of July w-end. Room is a kitchenette, small with two beds crammed into what should be space for one. Everything is sort of worn-out and chipped. There is no table or chairs for dining, due, one would assume, to lack of space. The room smells of... more

We stayed at the Best Western, Red River NM, for two nights. The rooms were clean, and they recently installed flat-screen tv's (42"+) in all the rooms. Yeah, the walls are a little thin and you can tell when others are showering; but we did not go there to lounge a whole lot...we went there to ski !! Other guests... more

We booked an online reservation October 9th. We received a confirmation number. We then called the hotel to inquire about additional nights since the website said they were booked other than the two nights we reserved. The person we spoke to, which we did later learn is the general manager, told us that there was no additional availability. At no... more

1) old, run down, poorly maintained. 2) no closet space, no closet in fact (???) 3) noisy appliances, very bad soundproffing, could hear running water from next room. 4) looks like door had been kicked in recently, door would not close and lock properly. Told desk clerk the next day and he said they were aware of it (and obviously... more
