I got a Pillow top mattress on a king bed, flat screen TV, fast internet, clean room, all for 49.95 Very quiet. It was obvious that the owners cared. I was very pleased with this motel. i definitely would stay there again.

Stayed at a coupon rate and was very satisfied. Room was clean, bed comfortable, was pretty quiet and front desk very friendly. Breakfast is limited but at least a nice variety of muffins is offered and they're a good size. I'd stay again. One suggestion, room could use fresh coat of paint.

The pillowtop mattresses are the best! We stayed two nights in April 2013 and had great sleeping. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Rate was very good. Have stayed here in the past and will stay again when we visit Roswell in the future.

Great value - enjoyed our overnight stay. Desk staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable and parking was in front of the unit. The pool was open but unheated - being Canadian that was no problem. Would stay here again.

Stayed here 2 weeks ago. Rooms very clean, comfortable. Great price! Manager very friendly and helpful. Small continental breakfast. We arrived after the breakfast had ended & manager gave us some food anyway.

We stayed here overnight on our way through Roswell. They had a complementary breakfast of some fruit and cereal. Paid around $40 for the night. Was close to the "downtown" area of Roswell. We slept comfortably, linens and the room was clean.

We dont mind small rooms as long as we get a good nights sleep. We did in a nice pillow top bed. Furniture is mismatched but ok. Don't count on breakfast. No bread at all just honeybun cakes OJ and coffee with some loop cereal. No tea no oameal no yogurt no toast. In other words don't bother.

The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated and a good size. The staff are very helpful and when we arrived in Roswell (it was very cold outside) the man at reception had went into our room to put on the heating for us before we checked in so the room was nice and warm for us.
