We stayed in Bearadise Cabin; light over kitchen sink took 3 days to repair; therefore could barely see to prepare breakfast; bedspread filthy; carpet old, stained, burned and filthy; blinds very nasty; absolutely the worst place we've stayed in 40 years of traveling. A group of 4 of us went to Ruidoso for a weekend, and had the most amazing stay. The owners Beth and Alan are wonderful! We have stayed at the Upper Canyon inn several times. Very romantic, clean, friendly and just a wonderful place to get away from it all. The owners are wonderful. We plan an Oct. 08 trip again and can't wait to rest and relax. Thanks Upper Canyon for everything. more

Stayed at the Upper Canyon Inn for 5 days in a two bedroom cabin. The cabin was comfortable and clean with a full kitchen and 1 full bathroom. We stayed at the Upper Canyon Inn and were delighted! We booked very late for Spring Break and got their last room. Not only was it VERY reasonable it was like a little apartment! It had an apartment size FULL kitchen, full bathroom (bathtub with shower in it), small living room, and a seperate bedroom with a king size bed.... more

We spent 3 nights at the Upper Canyon Inn and we were very pleased. The room was a little dated but was very clean. The area was beautiful. The hospitality was great. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. more

I stayed at the Uppercanyon Inn and it was beautiful and delightful. I had also stayed at Shadow Mountain (just down the road) and thought that it was almost nothing compared to the Uppercanyon Inn! So go stay there too and write a review! You will love it! more
