Timbavati Safari Lodge is located at the Southern Gates of Kruger National Park. While less popular than the approach from Hazyview/Graskop, this the game is really good (in 2 days saw pretty much everything but the elusive leopard). I enjoyed my stay at Timbavati Safari Lodge during a 4 days Kruger Safari. It's very close to Orpen Gate, friendly staff, nice location and rooms (rondawels), great food. I recommend it! Monia (Italy) more

I enjoyed my stay in this lodge very much, the owners of this lodge are very friendly and easy to talk with. The Traditional Ndebele painted rondawels are nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. The meals offered here are wonderful!
