We spend the most incredible 3 nights at Tanda Tula on our honeymoon. I would not hesitate to recommend it. The game drives are wonderful - we saw so many animals and our tracker was persistent in finding us some lions (2 or 3 times...). Wow! From the moment you walk into the camp to the moment you leave there are interesting things to look at and the people who run and work at the hotel are exceptionally interesting and talented people. We stayed at Tanda Tula for 5 wonderful nights at the beginning of August and enjoyed every minute of it. The tents are superb; very spacious, comfy beds, good ensuite facilities and a private balcony from which you can watch the animals. I recently stayed at tanda tula and lion sands river lodge with a friend. We were very pleased with both places. Tanda Tula is a luxury tent camp which adds to the overall experience. We were warmly welcomed from the start and saw every animal that was available at the time. The only animal Scotch, yes he loves it, could not find was a cheetah but we saw the big five on our first two drives. We were at Tanda Tula in February and absolutely loved it. The accomodation was excellent, the food superb, staff very friendly and helpful, the game rangers were very knowledgable and their ability to spot and track animals through the thick summer foliage outstanding.
