I stayed here for 4 nights in January. This was my first safari in South Africa and I got hooked.... I do not have any complains. The food was great and so was the service! Highly recommended. more

We stayed at Kings Camp for 5 nights and couldn't have been happier. Everything was perfect, from the facilities, our room, the wonderful staff, food, the locations for dinners, the little surprises, and the people we travelled with on each of the safari rides. Our guide (Morne) and Tracker (Selby) were the best. They were so knowledgeable and went out... more

We spent 4 nights at Kings camp as part of our honeymoon in South Africa. it is difficult to understand how one can be relaxed and invigorated getting up at .30 am and spending 7-8 hours per day in the back of a Land-rover, but it would be difficult to beat the service food accommodation and quality of game viewing... more

Kings camp is absolutely stunning and their attention to detail makes the whole trip so special and unique. The rooms are beautiful and even though there are two long game drives a day there is also plenty of time to relax. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. We went expecting not to see many animals but we... more

If you had to choose only one game lodge to go to in Kruger, this is more than worth the price. There are more expensive private game lodges but this camp is run perfectly. The help is great and always smiling and friendly. The manager and wife sit and eat with the guest. The game rides are terrific, Colbert the... more

This is an amazing hotel - we have stayed in hotels all over the world and this has to be one of the best we have stayed in. The staff are all, without exception, excellent and always ready to please and our ranger morne and his tracker were amazing. We saw all the animals we had hoped to see and... more

I was born and raised in Durban South Africa but never got to the Kruger National Park area until my fourth trip back since I emigrated in the 70s. King's Camp is everything people say about it in these reviews: spectacular accommodations, great food, great service from thoughtful staff, two enjoyable three+ hour long drives a day where you can... more

We visited kings Camp in October 2008 for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon.... what an AMAZING place. We truly cannot explain what an incredible experience a visit to Kings Camp is. The accommodation is beautiful and very romantic... as were on honeymoon one night we were treated to dinner on the veranda of our lodge with our own... more

We stayed 4 nights at Kings Camp. We were picked up at Huidspruit airport and transferred by road (40 mins). The welcome with a cool towel and drink was lovely. The suites are very comfy and spacious and the artistic welcome note with feathers was a lovely touch. Had an hour or so to unpack then our first game drive... more

I have never, never given this high a rating to any place I have visited. King's Camp is one of those places you dream of and know it can't exist. Not only does it provide you with a life altering experience through Safari but caters to you in a relaxed, friendly manner so you become oblivious to reality. I didn't... more
