We were lucky. South african friends told us that if we wanted a special safaria holiday "go to Madikwe", and if we wanted a very special trip "go to Jaci's Tree Lodge". Location and people are great. Our guide Francois was a wealth of knowledge. To get there u need to spend 1.5 hrs on dirt roads that are pretty rough; not sure why they don't pay to tar them. “Too good to remain the best kept secret”
