Spent two nights at the Adobe Inn while scuba diving Blue Hole. Unfortunately the service and the room were terrible. When we first walked in, there was a pair of grimey SpongeBob boxer shorts hanging from the shower railing and man "hair" in the sink. The young girl at the front desk was a total grouch. Asked if we could... more

We were on the tail end of a 28 hour road trip with two children (one of whom is a toddler.) We were trying to make it to Tucumcari that night, but the children had other plans. At some point, I said to my husband, "I do not care where we are or how much it costs, you will stop... more

Got a cheap $52 rate with coupon. But there was no hot water in the morning and everyone was complaining. Desk clerk with backward cap on explained this is a very old hotel ! Duh ! Why don't you install a larger water heater ! Toaster on one side was not working and clerk said too many people banging on... more

The girl at front desk didn't have a clue as to how much long distance phone calls were. There was no hot water the next morning. Cold showers. Blow dryer did not work. The toaster in front office didn't work. All for the bargain price of $70.00 per night. more

Our car broke down on I-40 just west of Santa Rosa. Had a kind couple from Ortega's Wrecking pick us up on Thanksgiving (of all days to break down!). Stopped us into the Best Western. Didn't know anything about options in the area except the coupon we found in a book. The lady who checked us in was kind. We're... more

As mentioned in previous reviews the rooms are huge, the outside pool was well kept, ratherly oddly situated in the middle of the parking lot, but fenced off and a nice place for a quick dip. There is a convenience store on the other side of the highway and the route 66 diner is a 5 minute walk. A nice... more

The Adobe is a hotel. A typical hotel. Not complaints, nothing to brag on. It was a bed to sleep in. I'm sure I will stay there again. We go a lot. Jo more

We stayed here on our way to Arizona and loved the service and hotel so much we booked another room for our return trip. The staff is excellent, the rooms are huge and beautiful, breakfast was great. I could not have asked for a better place to stay, everything was perfect and so was the price. I will recommend this... more
