There are not many towns between Albuquerque and Las Cruces offering a selection of accommodations. Primarily Socorro and Truth or Consequences. The BW in Socorro is an old building with room access from the outside. Its been maintained and the room is comfortable. This was the fith motel i tried in Socorro, all the others being the wrong side of 100 bucks for the night. This hotel use to be the Holiday Inn Express and they built a new facility right next door. The previous building has now become the Best Western Inn and Suites, and have remodeled their rooms.
