Having read the Tripadvisor reports we had high expectations of Ndedema Lodge and Wilma, the owner, had promised a “stunning room” and that she would “spoil us during our stay”. Unfortunately we felt that we got neither. During our month long trip along the East and West Cape we stayed in eight different guest houses and therefore had others to... More

Your review on the area to the left of the parking bays is part of the dry garden with Aloes and gravel paths .We have a full time gardener and the garden is never unkempt or untidy. During the month of February we have temperatures in excess of 40 degrees which debilitate some of the plants but it is a... More

I stayed at the Ndedema Lodge on the way down from Namibia to Cape Town. With a loaded car it was great to have secure parking. Very spacious room with aircon and all the expected amenities in a well preserved old heritage house. The breakfast packs a punch for the long road ahead. Johan and Wilma makes you feel at... More

One of our favorite B&Bs in the world!!! We arrived and said our names and that we had a reservation. The lady smiled and said, "I know, we were waiting for you!" We immediately felt 'at home'. We had a gorgeous two-bedroom suite that was extremely comfortable. The owner was so attentive and helpful. It made our one-night stay in... More

The warmth of the Westcoast combined with the style and grace of an era gone by! The helpful and charming hosts and delightful staff made our visit a real treat. The advice given about the Cedarberg proved a winner! It took us to beautiful place we did not plan to visit.

Old Dutch style house with nice pool and garden on edge of town. 2 rooms and one family suite B+B in the main house. SC cottage in garden.  Comfy bed, with mosquito net in large room. We, a couple, had the family suite, so 1 room was spare.  Patio outside, with private entrance, but we preferred the garden, by the... More

We stop by Ndedema Lodge on our way back from Namaqua. The house is lovely, with fruit trees and pretty gardens. The room was beautifully decorated and large, and had a private outside sitting area. We were treated to a glass of sherry, which was a welcomed surprise after hours on the road. Wilma and Johan are warm and attentive,... More

The most elegant served fresh fruit and copious cooked breakfast we have ever experienced. Wilma, the owner, is very helpfull in letting you explore the Cederbergen and surroundings. She has eyes for details.

What a nice place to stay. Wilma and co are great hosts. Very relaxing area. Ask them to book you in to eat as only limited choice in the town. Champagne on ice was a great treat - we stayed on 31st Dec!
