We reserved a room at the Inn at Halona on a whim as a stay over between Albuquerque and the Grand Canyon. We didn't realize that it would be the height of our journey. On the way to Zuni Pueblo, we stopped at El Moro National Monument. The half hour hike to the ruins was great, replete with spectacular views.... more

We were surprised that tourists could stay in the pueblo and were delighted with the charming decorations, comfortable bed, wonderful books and art and fabulous breakfast. Many of the rooms have shared baths, but this was not a problem for us because we visited in the off-season. There are a couple of places to get food besides the take-out counter... more

This B&B is the only place in Zuni pueblo to stay. It is beautifully decorated with Zuni artwork, rugs and crafts. We stayed in two rooms. Both were clean and comfortable and contained lots of interesting books on Zuni culture. The inn owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly as were the Zuni staff. The garden was charming. This is a funky, lovely inn located in the center of the Zuni pueblo. It is made from two victorian houses. Each room is unique, but all are filled with Indian blankets, pottery, anthropology texts and guides and other cozy inn features.
