Great motel and unique experience. It was my favorite place between Buffalo and Boston. Gorgeous setting and friendly innkeepers. Next time I will stay in the Inn (main house).

Run-down property, multiple dead tress more than 40 feet tall, deserted-looking property overall, overgrown with weeds and vines, unkempt, peeling paint...FAKE WEBSITE PHOTO, CLEARLY!!!! Felt completely cheated upon arrival given the cost of the room and what was actually presented. Charged extra fees upon arrival. Late at night, raining, no other hotel within 10-15 miles. I also booked through Hotels.com and the owner also tried to add charges to my prepaid room. We were three women travelling together and booked a room for three (which they said they could easily accommodate). We got there and there was a cot sitting outside (and clearly had been there for a while) which could not possibly fit in... More

This property can't be doing much business. It is very dirty and smelly. The web photos must be so old as the place no longer looks anything like represented.
