The staff is awesome, the location is great, (walking distance to many eateries/bars/etc), the rooms themselves; hit or miss. Some rooms have been renovated and very nice, others are older and could use a refresh.

We came to the hotel for our son's graduation staying in one room and my parents (the happy grandparents) in another. We really felt the staff went out of their way to enhance the celebration with cheese and fruit buffet when entering the lobby. It was convenient to our son, the school and had the amenities we were looking for!

I think housekeeping got lazy with this room, barely any toiletries or paper! This was a double bed room, one bed missing linens...a bath mat would have been nice for getting out of the tub...other than killing yourself on the tiles.
