This Inn is better described as a renovated motel. The rooms are all motel style in the sense that your door leads directly out onto the greens. My girlfriend and I stayed at the Southampton location for a weekend in January. Our room (#10) was ultra-clean and recently renovated. We enjoyed the free internet access as well. The hotel is close to the town center and great restaurants. Highly recommended for folks looking to save a few bucks on lodging without sacrificing comfort. more

I've stayed here many times. It's a great value. If you're thinking you're coming to the Hamptons for a Ritz Carlton experience for $300 a night, then get your checkbook out and rent a house for 10k for a weekend- because no hotels have this to offer.
