This is the nicest state park campground I've ever visited. When I booked the resevation almost four months ago there was only one site available. 12A turned out to be a wonderful private little oasis with our own little bridge to it. Campground was very clean, provided free hot showers, and covered the fee to enter the state park. It is about 9 miles into town and the park office only sells firewood (which must be purchased in the area) There is no place nearby to run out and pick up ice and snacks so keep that in mind while you drive through Cooperstown. Includes grills over the firepit for easy cooking. Kept up very well and nice staff. This site does not have electric but does have shared water. more
