A nice spot. Clean. Great view of lake and mountains. If you want to go to Cooperstown and have more than just a concrete room in a holiday inn, this is perfect. Fresh Air, green grass.. The Inn has both cottages and a motel. My stay was in the motel. I arrived in the afternoon and was greeted by a nice person. The property is well kept. I did have lake view. Room was clean. A great place to stay. Our group of 10 (3 families with kids between 4 and 11) stayed in the motel rooms 1, 2 and 3 and were very pleased with the accomodations.
