We have enjoyed stays at several B&Bs and a couple hotels in the Cooperstown area but the Barnwell Inn is a personal favorite by far. We visited Cooperstown in the "off season," when the Barnwell Inn is one of the few places open. I'm glad! We got a room in a beautiful home with warm, hosts, a beautiful sunny room, and some of the best breakfasts I've ever enjoyed. Highly recommended. more

If you can get in at this place you'll be lucky. The couple no longer need to advertise and have a 98% rate of returning guests. The place was great, the hosts wonderful, the rooms terrific and the food OUTSTANDING. I think we paid 130$ a night. more
