Holiday Inn Express in general are furnished like Hampton Inn and offer free breakfasts. I have found across the board including this property these hotels are built very cheap. When you walk in your room you think you are paying double what they charge, nice flat screen TV, new beds, nice sheets. Then you notice it. The room next door... more

I fail to understand how a brand new hotel cannot supply adequate hot water for showers at peak times. And when you mention it at check-out, they offer up an excuse instead of an apology. We stopped here to meet others on the way to a family reunion in Canada. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. It has an indoor pool which provided a lot of fun for the kids. New hotel, clean, quiet, nice complimentary breakfast - but NO HOT WATER to take a shower. BRRRRRRRR! Mgt. told us they have a problem getting hot water to the rooms. Next time I'll ask for a room closer to the hot water heater. We were in room 326 apparently at the far end from the boiler. VERY upsetting. more
