This Microtel was by far the worst hotel I've ever "stayed" at. From the point of check-in it was a total disaster. There were three of us travelling, myself, my boyfriend and 3 year old daugther. When we pulled up to the hotel I thought it was nice... at least it looked that way from the outside. The lobby area... more

Very presentable from outside, check-in fast and friendly. Main hallway on first floor smelled terrible, all you could smell from one end of the hall to the other was cigarette smoke. Room was fairly clean but is very small. I have no explanation for this, but when we woke up, the recessed light fixture over the window had fallen out... more

We made a last minute reservation at this hotel. It was a deal at $55 per night, which with taxes, etc. ended up at $62, which still wasn't bad. The queen bed was comfortable, TV had HBO, wi-fi which was throughout hotel was fast and easy to hook up to. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was muffins, bagels, juice, etc.... more

I've stayed in several microtels, all very satisfactory and clean. This one was very different. The first room was obvious the sheets had not been changed. and carpet not vacuumed. The second room we were given had urine in the toilet and on the toilet seat. The 3rd room was satisfactory but note the following found in all rooms. 1.... more

Stayed one night enroute. Room rate was the lowest in the area ($40 for two adults). Property looked nice from the outside. However, room was badly outdated. Bright pink bedding was extremely tacky. Carpeting and especially window seat cushion looked very tired. Everything worked fine and room was quiet but my picky boyfriend said he would not ever stay there... more

We were driving from Michigan to Vermont and drove entirely too long. We were exhausted and checked into this place because it look okay from the outside. We had checked a couple other hotels that were full and it was after midnight. As soon as were entered the room we knew we had made a mistake. The room was so... more

About what you'd expect for a cheap, simple hotel. The staff was very nice and the rooms were reasonably clean. No frills here but it does the trick for a place to spend the night. Close to the highway and about 10 minutes from the NY State Fairgrounds. more

Stopped here late for a few hours of sleep. The rate was very good, the lowest in the area. Check in was fast. My non-smoking room was a little on the small side. Mirrors covered the wall. While the room and bathroom were clean, they did show signs of wear, especially the carpet. The TV has deluxe cable channels. One... more

We needed a place to stay late at night after a very long drive and the Microtel was fine. The room is tiny but clean and comfortable. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful, even though it was 11 pm when we arrived. more

Spent two nights here in mid-September. Price was a steal (44.95 per night) and room was fairly clean, but shabby. Air conditioner needs cleaning and tub surround needed some detail work in cracks. Good for single traveler who wants a basic room, but this place still needs an aupgrade. more
