We were up for a family wedding over the weekend. There seemed to be a lot of permanent guests staying at the hotel. One weekend overnight stay. Staff was courteous, accommodating, and quick. The room was CLEAN (very important to me). Yes, the hotel room showed some wear, but nothing extreme or distasteful. Yes, it is located very near Rt. 17 (major highway), but noise level was minimal. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. more

Booked NS room directly - given SM room - changed room for us after complaining but gave us another's reservation! Poor customer relations to repeatedly book NS and not have them available.
