Really the only hotel right in Elmira. Rooms were clean and staff nice and accommodating. Wish they told me that when I used a door far from the lobby that I had to drag my luggage and stuff up a steep set of stairs. Only one elevator in lobby area. We had field crews stay at this hotel for about 3 months. The crews rotated in and out every two weeks which could get confusing, but the front desk (Shannon) was really great to work with. They were very accomodating and flexible and couldn't have been nicer to work with. more

Our room was clean, comfortable and fresh. Housekeeping was considerate. Breakfast buffet was uninspiring! If I ever end up in Elmira again, I would probably stay here. more
