Stayed here when in town for a wedding. Room was clean, big enough, beds comfortable, basic 4 star business hotel quality. Bathroom a little small, had to maneuver between the toilet and shower to close the door. Has a golf course and pool, but did not use either. The grounds were torn up on the side of the hotel, apparently... more

A long begining of many romatic getaways. My sister recommended this one and we loved it!! Located in a little villiage outside of Rochester. Very private, pleasant, romatic and a good price. I should say it was a little difficult to find, but we found it. It's the best of the best and the view from the room was amazing!... more

I just returned from a one night stay at Woodcliff for business purposes. The hotel was recommended by a friend. The location worked well, as the client I was visiting was a short distance away. The hotel is very institutional looking and sits at the top of a hill in an office park, so it is isolated and you definitely... more

There is so much I can say about this hotel(mostly bad) but I'll keep it short. The hotel is set in a nice area on a large hill which offers a nice view, pretty far away from any type of entertainment. make sure you bring a car. I recomend not staying here if you're flying to rochester. there is absolutley... more

Fortunately, I got this room for dirt cheap via Priceline.com. As another reviewer said, I was trying to get the Reniassance Del Mar but got this place. I gave this place an excellent rating for value.....but that's ONLY because I got it via priceline. Had I paid full price I would have given them a "terrible" rating. I arrived late... more

I just returned from a 1 night stay at Woodcliff where I attended a small group conference for business. This is an independently owned hotel so no reward club benes available. Fairly attractive location, quiet, spacious and clean rooms (but they are all identical except the suites and I seem newly renovated), nice outdoor space for walking, jogging, golf next... more

Booked via Priceline at $125/night, though we might get the Renaissance Del Monte but no luck. Probably could've booked Woodcliff much cheaper. The room was large and looked recently updated, but as others have remarked the bathroom is tiny and hasn't been touched in the 25 years or so that this hotel has been open. The desk/chair in the room... more

Me and my best friend who recently moved met in NY for the Spa-Jama Girlfriends get-away Package this past weekend. We were getting it on both the Saturday and Sunday. After making the appointments included in the package for both of us we both added spa services to our stay to max our experience. The spa had the appointments right... more

We booked this hotel on Priceline ($70/night) and while it's not 4 stars...it's close. If it weren't for the small outdated bathrooms it would be perfect. Our room has a great view (thanks to requesting a room not facing the parking lot) and is very clean and comfortable. Of course staff is busy, this is a large hotel but we... more

AWFUL, Awful experience!!! This hotel was the least accomodating hotel I have ever been to. I booked this hotel online for my WEDDING NIGHT and when we got to the hotel they didn't have our room available. We were supposed to have a jetted tub and a King Deluxe room. Instead, we were put in a room that looked like... more
