Stayed at this little gem while visiting nearby family. Loved how clean and fresh the hotel felt not to mention the great staff. Breakfast was perfect and everyone got something they liked. Visiting the area for a day of cross country skiing. Knowing that ski lodges are usually pretty worn, old and expensive, decided to drive a few extra miles to Holiday Inn Xpress. What a wonderful surprise. New, immaculate, free breakfast and $100 cheaper than the cheapest lodge room. Group of six and not one complaint. Would definitely stay again!!

Very comfortable room was made even more so by the courteous staff. My request for microwave and mini fridge were kindly honored. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and hearty, as was the evening soup and popcorn. This was a delightful place to stay.

Wonderful property located in a beautiful part of NY state---would be a great center point to explore the area (Lake Chatauqua, wineries...) and that's the plan this Spring.
