To preface, I am a non smoker. From teh hallways to the rooms and everywhere else, this place reeks of smoke. Even the blankets, sheets and pillows were horrific. The stay opened with the lovely fragrance of cigarette smoke greeting us in our room. This was followed by cold coffee in the lobby. We ended with service that, with some improvement, might qualify as incompetent....however no modifications were needed to classify it as rude and indifferent.
