I stayed here to be close to the airport, as do many flight personnel. The hotel itself caters to an Asian clentelle which is indicative of the location. We just left the hotel on its complimentary shuttle to LaGuardia. The hotel is just fine. We were registered efficiently and cheerfully. Yes, there was a light, lingering cigarette smell in the hallway, but it's pretty clear the place is being refurbished and it may take awhile for the final remnants of smoking days to vanish.
