Super clean rooms were also spacious. The flat screen tv was a surprise and it had all channels included. A few food options close by and we particularly enjoyed walking to Tim Hortons for coffee. Owner and staff very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Garden with pond, tables and benches for sitting very relaxing natural setting. Would recommend this motor lodge to all who visit Grand Island/Niagara falls area.

Room was very large, & bathroom was new. Excellent water pressure. It had a fridge, but no microwave. With 2 queens & cot, still had plenty of walking room.
