Ruby's Cove is a romantic, decadent bed and breakfast on the North Fork of Long Island. The gracious innkeeper, Donna, spoiled us with lavish breakfasts, tea and cookies in the afternoon and wine and cheese at night. Our first night there, we got there late and exhausted and Donna ushered us in like long lost friends. We were immediately relaxed... more

My wife and her parents and I were lucky enough to spend this past Thanksgiving holiday weekend with Donna at Ruby's Cove. What a wonderful way to spend a weekend out at the beach!! The home, location downtown, hospitality, and food were all outstanding! more

If you want to stay at a b&b and feel so welcomed it is not to be believed, this is where you go. Last minute, our plans changed and needed a room in Greenport and we were so delighted that we had the opportunity to stay at Ruby's Cove. What made this stay so wonderful, beyond the gorgeous and prestine... more

Absolutely loved the B&B. It's walking distance to the water, shopping, and great restaurants. Donna is full of energy, all smiles, and loves to please her guests. She is a fantastic cook, has the B&B decorated beautifully, and her rooms are cozy and romantic. We'll definitely be back. more

I surprised my now fiancée with a weekend in Greenport and we stayed at Ruby's Cove. The house was amazing and we stayed in the Madeline room which was excellent. Donna, the owner, was such a nice, welcoming host. We immediately felt at home as soon as we entered the place. She cooks an amazing breakfast, best I've ever had... more

We just returned from a Labor Day long weekend in the North Fork. I feel compelled to comment on Ruby's Cove B&B as it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We've stayed at other high quality B&Bs before so we have a good frame of reference. This tops them all. The high points of Ruby's Cove include the lovely house with... more

We were the first official visitors to Ruby's Cove. It was so exciting to share in Donna's enthusiasm as she began her new adventure as the keeper of the Cove. She provided us with bikes, and gave us great tips about what to see and where to eat. A special jewel she shared with us was the world's most beautiful... more

For our honeymoon, my wife and I stayed at Ruby's Cove. We had stayed at this B&B under its previous owners two years ago when it was called the Victorian Lady. Since we loved the location -- right in the middle of Greenport, meaning it was easy to walk to the different restaurants, bars and shops on Front St. without... more

We had a wonderful time at Ruby's Cove, because of the warm, homey atmosphere, the proximity to all things fun (beach, town, restaurants) and the "keeper of the Cove," who ensured that our stay was perfect. Donna's enthusiasm and vivacious personality not only made us feel at home but also made it feel like we were visiting a friend. We... more
