Cute little hotel! Very comfortable, clean, and AMAZING shower. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Great breakfast in the morning, coffee available 24/7 and lovely little balcony overlooking the water. Would definitely stay here again.

Personnel were very helpful and professional. Our room was spotless, attention to detail. View of Peconic bay and the village of Greenport. The coffee and scones in the morning were delicious. Bagels, muffins and juice were also available. Highly recommend. Perfect location. Walk across the street to Noah's restaurant. Best food in Greenport.

The Harborfront location is just west of the center of Greenport right next to Mitchell park and the antique carousel and ice rink. This is a lovely accommodation is a beautiful location. Staff are friendly and helpful and rooms, lobby etc are spic and span! The Continental breakfast they put on is a nice touch Would definitely recommend.

Just checked in and really disappointed already. Room goes out to parking lot and I came here for peace and quiet. Totally misleading and they don't mention parking lot in website. The rooms are nice and it is more of a hotel feel. Great location but Main Street and parking lot don't bring quiet.
