We stayed here for one night in one of the two-bedroom suites with our two children. This is possibly the most depressing motel we have ever stayed in. I would like to say to this family of four who checked in @5PM and checked out @8:45AM that it is unfair to judge the Ocean View on such a short stay. The unit they describe as out dated, was freshly painted with new bed coverings pillows, shams, a flat screen TV, new carpeting and new kitchenette in April of...
Accomodation is "basic", but spotlessly clean. So is the pool and pool area. Some rooms have nice views over the bay. While the motel is located on a "major" road, traffic at night was negligible, so we could sleep with the windows open. Some rooms even have small terraces, and barbecues are provided. more
I stayed at the Ocean View Terrace with my husband and son. The management was extremely friendly and very helpful with all our requests. Beautiful views of Shinnecock Bay! Rooms are comfortable and super clean, nice pool. I stayed in a room that had a fireplace and a jacuzzi for two in the bathroom. It was very romantic. The folks that run it were very sweet and helped with all our requests. more
