This bates motel is old and takes advantage of people because it's so close to West Point.The a/c didn't work and the fridge was frozen up and didn't work as well.They gave no consideration because of this and stuck us with a charge of $178 for one night in a crappy room. more

I stayed at the Econolodge in Highland Falls for 5 weeks. It's a very convenient location and the staff and management were very professional. I worked nightshift and had full cooperation with the maids and staff. more

Kathy ....Well Dont pay cash EVER! I had a room paid by the week she re rented it while I went home for Christmas, even tho she said it was ok to go and then return to finish out the paid week. Dishonest as anyone could ever be ...Stay away more
