We just returned from a stay at the Bellhouse this is our 2nd stay we came once in the winter to cross country ski. The Bell house is a beautiful house filled with fine old furnishings. My wife and I visited just after Christmas and were looking for a nice relaxing getaway. We arrived and were welcomed by Marilyn and her large friendly sheepdog Daisy. The 4 days that we stayed were a mix of late-rising, relaxing in the living room or den browsing... more

The pros: 1. The bed was clean 2. It is centrally located The cons: 1. The whole place is very worn and tired. 2. The pervasive mold in the shower was quite offensive. 3. The food was terrible. 4.
