i have been staying at the arbor ridge for an extended stay. i find the staff most courteous, from the general manager, jon, to victor,ashley and the night clerk patrick.if anything is needed they take care of it right away. the room i stay in is always clean and well cared for by housekeeping...the only down fall is the tv... more
I called and made reservations and the genleman who I spoke to was very kind and helpful. I think there are new owners...I know the hotel just went thru a renovation. more
Let me make a list of issues we had. 1. Manager would not take reservation by phone, was too busy, had to email him and then he never made the reservation. 2. The first room we were given was under construction and we had to be given another room after lugging our luggage up the stairs to the second floor.... more
I am very sorry for the experience you had at our hotel. We are still finishing our renovation and look forward to correcting all of the issues you had while you stayed with us. We are making improvements everyday and hope you will give us another chance to make things right in the future.
This place is a dump! The room was dirty and rusty..Old chairs with holes..The views are of a parking lot.. really bad! and way expensive..this is like a $25 a night room for $89..nasty more
I am sorry you were given one of our rooms that had not been remodeled yet. Since you were here we have changed all of the carpets, beds, bedding, towels and curtains. Please give us the opportunity to make it up to you. I can be reached at the hotel Mon-Fri 8am-6pm eastern time.
I have been to this hotel when it was the Royal Inn and I have to agree that it was a dump, but now the hotel is under new ownership. I attended a party at the banquet hall next door and was told the the hotel was under new ownership and going through renovations. I went to check it out... more
