We thought we would never find it. Driving and driving. Get there in the light it's much easier. We travelled early evening, not by plan, day light is easier. Middle of nowhere!!!!! Great food drink Castle effect hotel and Desert environment. Well worth the stay.

We had a night to spare and were heading into the Sossusvlei Park, when we saw this 'Castle' in the desert. It looked interesting so we stopped to enquire as to price and availablity. Our second time at the lodge. Rooms still mindblowing and everything looks well kept. Food and service did not keep up to this though, especially at the restaurant. Still a very good lodge close enough to the dunes to be at the entrance to the park by 6.

Great place to stay. Staff a little shy but really nice. Airconditioning in our room was a bit noisy but that's something very small on a very memorable stay. Drive to the sand dunes was amazing. Driver very knowledgeable. Quad bikes great fun as well. Would definitely return.
