Very nice rooms, with great view of the dunes (too cold in July to try the rooftop sleeping area). The food was good considering the location, and the staff attentive - Nagui in particular was friendly and helpful. The outings are a bit expensive, and better to self-drive if you can. Above all, this must be the best location to see the dunes. They have a back entrance that gets their tours into the park as close to sunrise as possible, which is a prime reason for visiting this part of Namibia. The Kulalas were wonderful. We travelled with three children and this was part of a wonderful holiday. We stayed 3 days which was enough.
