No frills hotel that is good for business. Room was clean but poor 1980s television and basic decor. Excellent breakfast and views. Pool are was nice. Tough to find and quite a cab ride from downtown. Would stay again but there are likely better alternatives.

This used to Be a nice hotel . Unfortunately they have not maintained it very well. The televisions are right out of the 1980s. as is the reception. You can stay at much nicer hotels in Queretaro for much less.

A very good Holiday Inn with exceptional views over the city. The room was very comfortable and staff very helpful. The restaurant and bar is more than adequate and needs to be as I kept getting lost trying to find the hotel. Better to use Taxis.

Going on a business trips, sometimes is hard to stay at nice hotels but amazingly at Queretaro , Mexico there is a beautiful affordable, quiet and business wise accommodation. Very nice stay for business not for leisure. Historic places, malls and good restaurants are so far.

Had a room facing city, huge room, great view, hot tub in the room and a balcony!!! Fitness room is of poor quality. had to way 30 minutes arounfd 6PM to get my roombut was given an interim room to relax

Holiday inn located adjacent to crown plaza 10 mts drive from downtown with nice view of the city especiallyin the night,The lobby is in higher elevation and the rooms are at lower elevation,the breakfast spread is value for money. has a swimming pool and health club.
