Our second trip in 11 months to Queretaro was even better than the first, thanks to David and Zoe at Quinta Zoe Colonial Inn. They warmly welcomed a pair of Canadians who needed warmth during November and December and treated us as old friends. Not only was the service excellent, we were welcomed into their daily lives, meeting friends and... more

My husband and I stayed at Quinta Zoe for one week in February 2009. This was our sixth trip into Mexico but our first time in Queretaro. Our accomodations were excellent. Zoe has decorated her home so beautifully and she made us feel so welcome. We appreciated the double security---key to the front gate and key to our room just... more

My husband and I stayed at the Quinta Zoe for two nights at the end of November. It is a well located, lovely b & b and Zoe and David are wonderful hosts and they supply plenty of useful information on the highlights of Queretaro. We stayed in the Duomo room towards the back of the property, which is located... more

Quinta Zoe is clean, comfortable, modern and Mexican ,in style and colors. The king beds are comfortable and the sheets are immaculately clean. The B&b is perfectly situated in a central - but quiet - site in the historic district of Querétaro. But are Zoe and David - the owners - who make the difference. They are excellent hosts. They are... more

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Quinta Zoe and cannot say enough good things about our experience. Zoe and her husband were very warm and welcoming hosts and the inn is incredibly clean, comfortable, and very pretty. The inn is located in the historic center of the city so we were able to walk everywhere. Zoe made a... more

As an aviation journalist, I was in Queretaro on assignment, covering the rapidly growing aerospace industry in the area, and looking for a high quality hotel that I could easily afford. I selected the Quinta Zoe B&B because the description of it sounded as though it would be the perfect compromise between comfort and cost. B&Bs are my favorite places... more

Quinta Zoe is a favorite with us when we visit Mexico. We never miss staying there, but this was our first time staying in the Domo suite. Perched on the top of the building with a breathtaking, panoramic view of the surrounding rooftops, it feels like a very private world. The Domo with its handmade furniture, romantic wrought iron canopy... more

Right in the center of town BUT very quiet since all rooms face an lovely center courtyard (one room does have a streetside window). Stayed in the Domo Suite (upstairs) smallest room BUT with it's own tiny kitchen and outdoor balcony. The other rooms are ground floor and somewhat larger. All are attractively decorated with Talavera and other Mexican touches.... more

Great homey atmosphere in an amazingly convenient central site in the gorgeous historic district of Querétaro. Unless you like long drives or taxi rides, don't be deceived by the websites of certain other Queretaro lodgings and hotels which claim to be "close in", but are not. Quinta Zoe is clean, comfortable, modern, and yet very traditionally Mexican in style. The... more

Quinta Zoe is perfectly situated for anyone wishing to explore the World Heritage city of Queretaro. We enjoyed being able to stroll through the andadores and visit the several plazas and museums that are within a 5- to 10-minute walk. We valued being able to return to our comfortable room whenever we felt a bit tired or wanted to use... more
