I don't know where to start! Everything from check in to check out was a disaster. The Hotel definitely shows its age and is in desperate need of remodeling. Seldom did the (2) elevators operate. Hotel is showing its age. Room doors are pealing, you need to push and pull door shut to close. It is a non smoking hotel but people smoke in stairwells to avoid outside which stinks up the halls.
