We liked the hotel, you can tell they are trying to upgrade. The rooms have new furniture, beautiful lamps, and thick expensive looking comforters. Our room was clean and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. They had a brunch on Sunday that was great. We would definitely stay there again. more

Walked in, looked around, walked out and cancelled my reservation. Would have preferred to sleep in my car. This place is disgusting, don't waste your time. Also, not sure what hotel those "hotel photos" are of, but I can tell you it's not this one- this practice is deceitful. more

Dirty, run down, nothing good to say about our stay. It's an old place, that is just sucking up people's cash who don't know better. They book a room, because it's the only one that's left. I grew up in Ithaca and remember a place that was upscale; where rock groups and stars stayed. Now, it's a place that should... more

Complete rip-off. Our room was dirty beyond belief. On second night, bed wasn't event made. Sheets were just pulled over the bed. Room was like staying in a tin can it was so loud from all of the noise in the hall and the rooms on both sides of us. THERE IS NO SECURITY on entrance from parking lot, which... more

What a dated, tired, sad excuse for a hotel. The bathroom was horrible - with rust in the sink. A huge disappointment. I don't believe it's been remodeled in 20 years. This place needs a facelift. It surely diminishes the Ramada brand. "no frills" is a gross understatement. It's a throwback to cheap hotels of the 1970s! more

Booked this hotel as a "3 star" from Hotwire as the options in Ithaca seemed over priced for their star level. Paid $90 and that was too much for what the hotel presented as. Carpets, wall paper were worn and tired. Scratchy polyester bed spreads, formica counter tops, old grout in bathrooms, no drain cover (and it looked gross peering... more

I was in Ithica getting a horse tuned up and was recomended to this hotel. I was driving a large truck so I would not be driving around too much and this location is near the mall,Applebee's a grocery store and movie theater al of which you can walk too. There is parking for large vehicles. This is a non... more

Came up to Ithaca with a buddy for Cornell Homecoming. Continue to be surprised that a city that hosts one of the world's foremost hotel schools comes up so short in terms of the local hotel supply. This Ramada was lousy. Room stunk of terribly stale cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking hotel. Windows did open which barely helped, but... more

I am a business traveler and stay in hotels two to three times a month in several different states. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. The bathroom looked dirty. The bathtub, wall tiles and floor were dirty. There were spider webs in the corners of the windows. Wall paper in bathroom was peeling. The hallway carpet looked... more

Shower had the most mildew in it that I have ever seen in a hotel shower. The bottom of the tub was covered with some piece of plastic, probably so that you couldn't see the bottom of the tub. Hallways are in terrible need of renovation. Wallpaper peeling off the walls all over the place, a lot of marks and... more
