After reading the other reviews, I was really worried. The room (#112) was TINY. The sheets were clean, the towels were OK and there were enough of them. No extra pillows or blankets in the closet area. The mattress was newish. This is an OLD strip hotel that has had some strange looking upgrades, but it looks like they tried.... more

My daughter and I were on a trip to check out colleges, and this hotel was the only one with rooms available due to events in the city. The parking lot was poorly lit and we walked into the dismal lobby where another guest was attempting to change rooms because his room was filthy. There were no available rooms, so... more

This hotel was extremely dirty. They did not bother to vacuum the floor, dust anything, clean stains off of the walls, or clean soap scum built up in the shower. Unfortunately, this was the only hotel in town with rooms available the evening of our visit to Ithaca College. Luckily, I read the reviews of this hotel prior to our... more

For the price - considering everything else was full (students moving week) it wasn't bad. It's an old 50's strip motel just upgraded. Tad musty but clean. Fridge/freezer, microwave, coffepot in the room. Good TV. Clean bathroom (shower only). Supportive bed. Short sheets. Not huge room but roomy enough. Yeah, it's outside of town but only by a few minutes... more

My girlfriend and I stayed here one night, making last minute reservations. This was the only hotel with vacancies due to events in Ithaca over that weekend. Upon arrival to the room, the room was dirty and had a musty odor. The bathroom had dead flies near the tub and under the sink. The toilet paper holder totally fell off... more

Do not believe the tastefully decorated room line or just about anything else that would lead you to believe this is a quality property. The room was not clean in the least and smelled horrible. Unfortunately I was unable to get a room anyplace else in town and had to stay here. First thing I did was saturate the room... more

The room was full of flies - dead bugs squashed on the ceiling - dead bugs in the refrigerator - the beds were so hard we rarely slept-1 bed did not touch the headboard because it was too close to the other wall, so the pillows did not stay on the bed -- there was a 1/2" gap in the... more

I stayed here well doing a work function at Cornell U and wanted to stay somewhere close to town and cheap. This was not the place. First of all it is not close to town. It is down a lonely desolate part of Hwy 13 which runs you out of town in the other direction. It is a one floor... more

Stayed for 1 night, staff friendly, room was better than expected, totally updated bath, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk, TV, free continental breakfast (mini-muffins, bagels, cheese omlettes, cereal, juice & coffee) free USA Today, property is about 1 1/2 miles from Ithaca city center, many restaurants/shopping just up the road, picked up a coupon from a travel magazine at an... more

Not a bad place to stay for a couple of nights. A bit far out of town. It is not spotlessly clean, but not filthy. The managers are very accommodating and very nice. Toilet, shower, refrigerator and heater worked. Avoid getting ripped off, however. My brother got charged for a queen room when his reservation was for a double. (Doubles... more
