We had an overnight layover on our return trip from Jamaica and I booked this hotel with my Hilton rewards points. Glad it was free because I’m not sure I would have wanted to pay to stay there. It is close to other hotels, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the garbage truck depot and a highway. This hotel is completely smoke-free. That is... more

Free shuttle via free airtrain ride from JFK to Federal Circle. Comfortable quiet room, nice dining room open early for breakfast and late for dinner, knowledgeable and helpful desk staff. This is the place to stay before going into NYC or returning from that long international flight. more

Stayed one night here before an early morning flight with my husband and 14 year old daughter. Received a warm welcome at the front desk, along with free water for being a Hilton Honors member, and was checked in quickly. Our room was a bit small but did have two full sized beds, a little area to make coffee and... more

This was a very nice hotel but in the worst location for cyoung people who want to see the city. It would be nice for older travellers who are together and would like to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the big city. It was very close to the airport and would be good for people who would... more

We stayed here a total of 3 nights between flights, and there is both good and not so good things to tell about this hotel. The worst first; the jumbo-sized heater under the drafty window was so very, very noisy that no normal person can sleep in the room when it is on. It was minus 5 degrees Celsius outside,... more

I decided to stay at the hotel for one night between flights. Checkin was friendly but not really professional. The room was spotless clean, well appointed but very small. I liked the quality of the amenities in the bathroom. The little shop next to the lobby had a very limited choice, only a few things to heat up in the... more

Stayed at this hotel on business when I had to spend a couple of days interviewing freight forwarders at Kennedy Airport. The hotel was ideal for this assignment. It is very close to JFK but also conveniently placed for Jamaica Station and the Long Island Railroad into Penn Station. Facilities are fairly rudimentary but the staff are obliging, friendly and... more

For an airport hotel, this is perfectly average. The room is small, but clean. It's quiet even though you're right next to the highway. It's main attraction is that it's only 5 minutes away from the airport, but we had to wait for 40 min for the shuttle to show up. This may have been due to a traffic accident,... more
