A nice clean place but the staff is very unfriendly!! more

Don't trust Quality Inn hotels reservation system. We booked room from this Jamaica hotel and we also got confirmation 6 days before we arrived the hotel. But when we came to this hotel, IT WAS TOTALLY CLOSED. Afterwards they said, that there has been fire already on month ago, but anyway their system accepted our reservation !!!!!!!! more

ive stayed at this hotel twice both times in september 2006 and 2007. the hotel itself is in a prime location rooms are small but clean staff is unfriendly and seems they are just there for a paycheck.maids need to use a better system then trash and dirty laundry in elevator used by guests crime is everywhere including there so... more

I stayed here about 4 different times and I began to notice that everytime I stayed here I would have these strange red marks on my legs that would itch. I went to the doctor and he told me that it was probably bed bugs. Needless to say I haven't stayed at this hotel since. more

Stayed here on a business trip in March. I happened to be at the hotel the week they were having the trial for the three policemen who shot a man 40 times outside a nightclub. This hotel is very Clean, quite area and up to date. Comfortable beds clean bathrooms, The rooms are a tad small but just good enough for two people.
