On the recommendation of a friend we booked a room at Lee's for Labor Day weekend. When we arrived we were greeted by Chris, the owner and given a rundown of the room and amenities. As stated on the website it is off the road, has a heated pool picnic tables and barbecue grills. The back of the property is near the expressway, but there is a stand of pines so the noise is not bad. Once you are in the cabin you can hardly hear the traffic. We didn't use the pool but it looked very clean. The cabins are old but very well cared for and very clean. The bathroom is small but also very clean. Our cabin had a small porch with a table and chairs which was a pleasant place to relax and rest.
We enjoyed the weekend very much and will certainly go back there again. The cottage reminded me of the roadside tourist courts I stayed in when I went on trips with my Parents.
