Clean, wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, pool and play area. Very quiet and a wonderful get away. Will return again next year with our young grandchild. more
My wife and I have been travelling to Lake George since the late 80's and after having our two boys (now 10 and 13) we discovered the Colonel Williams Motel and Resort. I like the Colonel Williams Resort, I always have ,this is our 3th. visit and it is one place I have no worries recommending to friends. The pool is beautiful romm very clean Quiet and relaying beautiful place.. more
Check-in was quick and easy. Room was small and there was only about 15" to get into the bathroom (the wall that the door was on was slanted inwards on the room and the sink was righ beside the door). This was our 10th year staying at the Colonel Williams Resort. The Willman family run one of the cleanest and gorgeous motels in Lake George. The rooms are clean and in excellent shape. Great place to stay. Rooms are very clean. The pool and grounds are beautifully maintained. The location is great, it's away from the hectic Lake George center but it's a short drive to all attractions including Six Flags. We love staying there and look forward to next year !!! more
